Serious business web hosting with human support
In April 2010, we transferred all web hosting to our sister company, Ziphost. Ziphost is operated with unusual ethics for a modern hosting company:
- Don’t oversell (i.e. over load) the hosting servers.
- Don’t hide behind an online-only ticket system.
- Actually help customers their aims, by taking a pro-active role in support.
If you are serious about running an online business (as most of our customers are), you need support you can reach easily, and you need a service that delivers. You need to be able to call us and speak to a skilled human being when you need help, without paying premium rate call charges. Improvements for existing Sant Media customers
Existing Sant Media customers will not incur any extra charges, and will remain on their existing tariffs, and will still benefit from weekly offsite backups in our secondary datacentre. In addition, all existing customers will now experience more disk space, bandwidth and the superior performance of being hosted on our very lightly-loaded heavy-duty servers. Security has also been tightened with the installation of a regularly updated application firewall.
