Once the ShowMyPC Collaboration window opens. make sure the "Give full control to users" checkbox is ticked, and then click the "Show my PC to ABS Support" button.
We are often asked by customers if their anti-virus software is working. Although we do not generally provide desktop support we have placed a couple of links here to the EICAR standard test virus. This is a benign test virus designed specifically to test the functionality of virus scanning software. If you are blocked from trying to download these files, then it is likely you have anti-virus software installed. However, this does not necessarily mean you have the latest software installed.

Clicking on either of above links should make your anti-virus software produce a warning, and prevent the download. If not, then you need help!
